A personable, well qualified and experienced management consultant. Tim has held a number of executive and senior operational management positions in military, commercial and industrial organisations prior to specialising in Human Relations and Organisational Change. He recently completed a Masters degree in European Human Relations Law, focusing and completing his dissertation on global competition and regulation in telecommunications. Since 1996 he has managed the organisation change project in Bahrain Telecommunications (BATELCO) in preparation for deregulation and competition. Prior to this he was a senior member of a consultancy team completing similar organisation change projects in Bahrain Petroleum Company (4000 staff) to cut staff levels and costs in order to remain competitive and in complete contrast, retaining the same staff numbers and costs in Aluminium Bahrain (2500 staff), whilst doubling production over the five year programme. Presently involved with volunteer consultancy project work in Afghanistan.
